Returns with original invoices

If the merchandise is unworn, unwashed or defective, it can be returned to store it was purchased from within 15 days of purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment made unless a credit note is requested. Merchandise that is returned after 15 days will be refunded based on the last sale price or the current price whichever is lower in the form of a credit note.

Returns without original invoices

If the merchandise is unworn, unwashed or defective, it can be returned to store it was purchased from with a valid Photo ID. Merchandise will be refunded based on the last sale price or the current price whichever is lower in the form of a credit note.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased are non-refundable

Final sale merchandise

Final discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange

Credit card refunds

Due to varying bank policies please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Returns made to your credit card can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase.
